Over the years I've been part of various brand development works including visual identity design, messaging and brand guidelines. Having led workshops with businesses to define their brand's purpose, values, vision/mission and personality, and then create a visual identity that reflects all those qualities – I understand what it takes to get there.

Having developed and implemented strategies that focus on data-driven experimentation and optimization I've become a fan of rapid marketing testing. Ideas are great to have, but what matters a lot more to me is execution. From TV commercial productions to social micro influencer campaigns, I had the opportunity to lead various teams through projects to maximize results. Keeping in mind that it's not about 'that one campaign' or 'this next sales promotion' I always focus on the orchestration of marketing tactics and teams, because it's usually the sum of all parts that moves the needle and not a single measure.
